      SP Blocked!

      I took 200mg L-Theanine and 3mg Melatonin at 9:45, went to bed at 10:00, and was asleep by 10:15 after trying to do sleep paralysis. I was asleep, but woken up at 11:00 because a friend called!

      So I talked to him for two minutes then went back to bed in another 5 minutes. Again, very relaxing. My friend calls me back at 11:45! This time I try to sleep paralysis again because I've already had one dream, and I feel my body kind of vibrate, but then I try to focus on the feeling but my head is wide awake. I felt awake as I do if I'm typing this now, but my body felt the kind of numb feeling. My eyes were not heavy at all. So I just gave that up, then went back to bed.

      I ended up waking up at about 3:30 because of my alarm to try a WBTB, but I couldn't do it. I had about 3 dreams last night, very unvivid, and I only recorded one of them on about three lines of paper.

      I feel like I could have slept straight from 10:15 to 3:30, woken up, and been succesfull if it wasn't for my friend!

      I was blocked by a friend from achieving my goal. Iduno, trying to make a joke. I never was really good at telling jokes though... lol

      Sucked in, I have one of those high-tech phones with a Power button, you'll never lay hands on one!

      Unless of course you speak of your home's landline, but even then I would find it unlikely to wake me unless there was a unit in my room. :\

      ( BTW just joking about the sucked in. )

      missed todays LD because my mom started watching tv when I was in the middle of my WILD attempt (not HI, I did an RC later on). I know he frustration
      TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus

      Next time please just try to keep it clean and on topic. A good thread title should explain a bit what the thread is about.
