This is the second week in a row that i've been having fas, i woke up this morning between 5 and 6 am and stayed up until 10 something am and went back to sleep. Then i had 3 false awakenings between 10 and 11:30 am and they were great and all lucid! The last 2 lasted 15 to 20 minutes, especially the last that was long. I actually love having fas because i always get lucid in them, does anybody elese have frequent false awakenings? Does anybody elese like them?
i only had 2 FA but i love them and i didnt become lucid on them..in 1 fa i had i wrote in my DJ about a dream that never existed, it was a false memory. and i readed the dream 3 times and no word changed -_-
Yeah its kind of hard to get lucid after an fa but, all three of my dreams i was lucid.
About 40% of my LDs start with FA :) It is fun to experience every time thoĻ, I've made a habit to do always RC when I seem to wake up.
That's interesting that you did an rc because, i've never done an rc after an fa because i always forget. I just know that i'm dreaming.
Well waking up is, in my life at least, the best spot for RC. If you WILD a lot that is especially useful too. :)
Had my first FA last night. Absolutely loved it. The best thing was, that I FA'd from a dream, proceeded to recall it, then wrote it down xD
Also, that FA seems to be the most vivid non-lucid dream I've had upto now :P
