2nd Lucid - or is it?

About a year ago I had my first lucid (though I couldn't really make anything happen that I wanted to). Last night, I had another. I realised I was dreaming (did an RC and found I had 6 fingers LOL), so I flew around my house a bit. Tried to summon someone, but, as with the first one, didn't work.

What confuses me, though, is that just like the one I had last year, 'my house' in the dream was in fact my OLD house, that we moved from 4 years ago now. So why didn't I realise this if I was lucid?

Just because you became lucid, doesn't mean you suddenly see the fabric of time and space, you have to be observant, and resolve to be observant before you sleep.
You did this with your hands, resolved to notice if they had more than 5 fingers, and it worked, but when you saw the house, something you were not prepared for, it didn't trip your "lucid alarm"

That is just my observation.
