Very strange but cool.
Took 5-htp before bed last night. Had a long vivid dream, did a wbtb
and really concentrated on MILD.
Next I remember I am in bed with my wife. But I realised afterwards its clearly a false awakening. So I attempt to WILD from the fake bed, and its succesful and I enter a lucid dream. But I wake up shortly after back in FA. So I WILD again, and then I'm in a lucid dream. At this point its the same as every other lucid. I really need to do a RC every time I wake up!
Yeah it is indeed a good habit, especially if you WILD much :) most of my WILDS lead to FA.
Fun incident you had :D but congratulations regardless ^^
If it's a false awakening you should spin around and change the scene then trying to Wild in a dream :)
What is an htp? I did kind of the same thing you did last night and had a very vivid dream. I took a sleeping pill, and a melatonin pill and not long after that i started dreaming. Then i woke up a little after 5am, stayed up for about an hour or so and went back to sleep, then i started to dream and had an fa. I love fas.:banana:Quote:

Had another Lucid within a non lucid-dream this morning.
I woke up back in the original dream, but this time was suspicious.
I did a finger reality check and it worked! The first time ever I've used an RC
before knowing I was dreaming!
