OBE and MILD in same night!

So I went to bed last night at about 10:45, and I tried doing Sleep Paralysis. I just couldn't get comfortable (I'm fighting with a cold) so I decided to just try to go to sleep, and I was doing affirmations. I went to bed at about 11:30, but a bunch of text messages woke me up at 1:30, and I was talking until 3:00 (Lady-problems, I can't just hang up on the girl!). Let it be known that the only reason I had my phone on was because I had my alarm set for 4:30, and was going to try Galantamine+Choline. So, I turned my alarm off, wasted night I figure.

As I'm dozing off, I become slightly aware, and I realize that I can move out of my body. The sensation of leaving was what I remember most. First it was my hands, then my chest, then finally my head. I got up, and just stumbled across the room, as if my legs were numb. This whole thing felt like it lasted for 5 minutes.

So the OBE ends, and I wake up temporarily, do a few affirmations, then go back to sleep, and I'm immediately in my dream. Like my last (also my first) Lucid, it wasn't exciting. I didn't talk to anyone, didn't do anything special. I was just walking around my High School and started hooking up with my hot secretary. This felt like it lasted only 2 minutes.

Pretty boring experiences as far as OBEs and LDs go, but I'm getting better at it!:banana:
