Lucidity and nothing happened :-)

I had a really really bizarre experience today when I had an LD. I was sneaking around at night around these farm buildings trying not to be seen by some people, I think to myself when would I ever do something like this in real life? It must be a dream! I became lucid then nothing much happened. This is strange for me because lucidity usually makes thinks more vivid and then shortly after destroys my current dream. After that I thought I would try and make it brighter so I could see where I was going and nothing at all happened. Then I got distracted and lost lucidity.

In my past LDs I have been making progress in constructing major dreamscapes and stuff so this seems a bit of a leap back. So my question is to the more experienced LDers; do you have LD’s where you have little to no control from time to time?

Alot of people here tend to have "off days", "dry periods" or even "off weeks" for Lucid Dreaming.

It seems to me that at any time lucid dreams can go from where you have total control to almost no control. They can be very random but as long as you don't lose your recall(which is easy to get back) I wouldn't consider it going backwards in anyway.

Ok thanks managed to get a good LD today so its put my mind at ease :-)

how frequently do you have LDs?

On average about 1 every 2 weeks but I’m having them at seemingly random intervals recently 2 this week yay :muffin:
