      VICTORY!!(My first lucid dream)

HELLO. This my first post because i was waiting for my first lucid dream to
have something to say. Meanwhile i was reading through the forum and find it easy to find answers about all my questions. So you new fellows like me, dont send a question before you search the forum, it must be really repetitive for the old ones.
I was firstly interested in lucid dreaming when i saw the movie "waking life".
It took me about 13 days by the time i started keeping a dream journal and it came to me naturally, so dont be obssesive it doesn't help.

      My dream:

i am entering something that looks like a combination of museum with a horror house.
I am with my cousin and we look at some kind of wax statue. It looks like a monk but its wounded in the chest and holds a sword. As we look at it the statue comes alive and lets his sword fall on my legs. As we are walking away it throws us stones. I dont feel frightened, i am just curious and a little allert. As i walk through the rest of the museum
i am starting interacting with the statues and defend my self. I am starting to enjoy it and i am feeling that i am gaining more and more control. I am entering a room with a sofa and some guys sitting on it,
at the left side of the room i see a primitive man holding a large wooden glob. I am running towards him, jump, and fly around him like i am a super hero. I dont say loudly that i' m dreaming. I just know it. I' m feeling like i can do anything, I know that i can do anything. I hear the guys at the sofa saying that what i am doing is very
interesting, like my dream characters find it interesting that i have so much control. I swimm through the air to the other
room and i find that someone has followed me. I look at him. He is a young man around 23.
I start moving towards him repeating, you are a dream, you are a dream, you are a dream. He seems really scared and confused and the dream starts fading away. I am trying to spin but i am very excited to write down my first lucid dream,

      so i wake up.

Next time i will try not to be so agressive to my subconcious. I guess that was the right way to channel my excitement in order not to wake up. Like a statement of victory...
Thank you all for your help.

      P.S: sorry for my english.

That sounds cool! I remember my 1st big lucid dream. I was in my parent's garage with my kids. We were visiting for the weekend. Everything about their house looked authentic. When I sent the kids into the gameroom, suddenly the scenery changed. Instead of a realistic image of the garage, everything was wavy and obscure. At that time, gravity went down to nothing and I started floating. I became lucid and took control. I floated right through the closed garage door and down the street, getting higher and higher. I suddenly found myself in space. The last thing I remember was floating through a very colourful nebula. What a trip!

You have to develop your dream recall, read about how to do it in other threads and websites, also look at the thread "5 nights in the row no recall"

That was my first lucid dream, i dont thing i could ever forget it. I remember much more than the things i wrote.

Here is a great site for Lucid dreaming(thank you paperdoll )
