What technique did you use if any? And was this a past dream that you reentered? |

So, I've been in a LD where I'm on my school bus and my alarm goes off (6:30). This kinda bothered me since I don't like waking up in the middle of dreams so I thought back to a thread I read on these forums. It basically said if you wake up after a dream you should try not to move, close your eyes and just imagine everything where you left off. |

Interesting. That's happened to me a few times too. Waking up, reflecting on the previous lucid dream then falling asleep again. Somehow I'd returned to the same lucid dream. One night it happened 2 times .. returning to the same dream. |

It works well, but be sure you don't forget the first half of the dream. |

The technique is called DEILD (Tutorial). You can do this as many times as you want but each time you risk loosing a little lucidity if not all (I think). I tried doing it again after waking but I couldn't rest my eyes so I got up. |
