Both Acillis and I have asked the same question "is this where i come when i die?" to a random DC and both received the same answer of "yes"

Well, any DC is not good. To ask such kind of question you need to find at least one of those suspicious DCs who look more sane than dreamer himself ;).
I really hope it is where I go when I die.
Ask "Is it where I don't go where I die?". I bet you'll get "yes" too. They are just DCs, for evolution's sake.
