Dreaming of sp in lucid dreams

This morning i got up between 5am and 6, stayed up for a while and had 3 very vivid dreams. They were all lucid. In one dream though, after i recognized one of my dream signs, which are my childhood house, and neighborhood, the house was dark and i went outside and it was dark outside. Then i tried to yell something to change the scene from night time to day time, (I hate night time dreams they're boring) but i couldn't even talk! This is the second lucid this month where i couldn't talk in a dream. The other dream i had this month i tried to yell clarity, and i tried to change the scene from night time to day time. My question is, how can if there's any way to prevent myself from loosing my voice in dreams? Seems like every time i try to use a technique which requires me to speak in order to change the dream night to day or when i try to yell clarity, i can't talk. No matter how hard i try, there's only air that comes out of my mouth and no words.
