Sweeter Dream's Sort orf Lucid Dreams

Okay, so a few months ago I had my very first one. I was in my kitchen and remembered to do a reality to check. So I stuck my finger through my hand and realized, I must be dreaming! By then, everything was very clear, and there was some famous guy by my bench and we started dancing and he was wearing a velvet suit. By then everything was bleary and I convinced myself it was real life and everything became a normal dream!

How do I stop this? This happens all the time!

just tell yourself to regain awareness in your mind, I find this the best RC for me btw...

I always spin when the dream starts to get unclear. It helps alot of people. I also know that you could shout something like "Stabilize!" or "Increase lucidity!" but I find that kinda awkward so i usually don't go there o.o
