      Freaky circus sex.

Last night I got lucid and I went primal on some girl who I remember from middle school.

      Just wondering...

Is it possible to vocalize IRL what's going on in the dream state, 'cause some of the things I was saying/yelling/screaming/growling was stuff I wouldn't want anyone in the immediate vicinity to hear.

I wonder about this, I think I'm actually going to video myself the next time I do a WILD, because when I did one today I swear I spoke something outloud...and I just want to know for sure.

I think that has to do with that paralising chemical stuff that O'nus was talking about in some post. Ask him!

      groans

I had a dream that I was being bitten by a grizzly bear. My girlfriend at the time woke me up and said I was groaning like I was in pain....
Now. I had another dream several weeks later and I went Lucid. I was over at my neighbors house and I was telling him I am Lucid. I was again woken up and was told that I was making the exact same sounds as I was during the other dream. -Comes out as just groans?????

Yes, sleep paralyisis prohibits your body from generally acting out your dream scenes. Somtimes there are moments that this doesn't always hold true. Such as the groans I was talking about in the previous post and I am sure you have witnessed people twiching while they were dreaming.

hhaha! reminds me of a time i slept over a friends house. ok, he was asleep and pulled the blanket over his head. he tries to take it off, but cant. when he finnaly does, he gasps for air. when he wakes up, i ask him what his dream was. he was underwater, and a net came down, he tried to get it off, but couldnt. when he did, he resurfaced and gasped for air. meanwhile, i was laughing my head off!!! lol

I think I say things during my sleep myself. At some point, I was crying while sleeping, my parents and brother heard it. And sometimes it happens that I'm at the stage between being awake and sleeping and I have the beginning of a dream in my head, and then I twitch and wake up, I think I've already fallen off a cliff and another time I was walking on the street and I tripped on a pothole which triggered me to twitch and wake up. It's a weird feeling.

I say things in my sleep. It's cool, because I can swear really loud and get away with it on the excuse "I can't help what I dream".

I think you either do or you don't. If you have a history of talking in your sleep or sleep walking then you will do it more often. If its never happened before then chances are it shouldn't start now.

WOW MAN!!!!! I missed this post. Sounds like you had quite a monkey time there. And I would have to say that, yes, sometimes sounds and movements carry over a bit to the real world. Usually they're just little whimpers and moans, but I suppose the cave man grunts could as well. Record the next time you go to sleep!

was there anyone nearby that you wouldn't want to hear it? Or are you just wondering as a precaution?

does anyone else get turned on when a DC licks your back?

What's a "DC"? I'm very sorry for my newbesqueness, but the only way to overcome it is through learning. So teach me!

Hey, don't ever hesitate to ask questions. You can always private message a dream guide (any of the people in green) with a specific question if you don't want to post it b/c it makes you feel like a "newb" heh. That's what we're here for!....oh yeah...a DC is a Dream Character...anyone in your dreams.

Ahh, Dream Character - so simple! Thanks very much lucidnina.

On topic, i commonly verbalise weird stuff during sleep, though i'm not sure these're necessarily during dreams - housemates give me reports of yelling stuff. The most recent was "I said i want the all-day pancake!". I certainly wasn't awake, nor can i remember, saying that. So yep, my vote is for dream-verbalisation as very much possible. (bl)
