Lightbulb Strangest yet most complex dream ive ever had

      well where to start..

This dream was around the 4th lucid dream ide had but it was alot diffrent to the rest and was a great experience...in a way.
It started the same way as any of my other "lucid" dreams had, i was having a dream, a very unpleasent 1 at that but slowly came to the conclusion that i was having another lucid dream.
So like ide done with all the rest of the dreams, i told myself what i wanted to do in this dream but i couldnt manipulate the way the dream went so instead i told myself to wake up.
Greatly enough i did wake up but not properly i was awake enough to know what was happening but as quickly as ide woke up i fell back into the same dream i was having. I repeated this around 4 times but cudnt stay awake once i could see my room if thats clear to every1 :-S
The last time i did it i wasnt sure what happened really.. i again told myself to wake up and there i was laid in my bed at home happy but i couldnt move at all. Im 90% sure i was definately awake but i just couldnt move my body at all.... i couldnt hardly make a sound either i tried but nothing came out.. i started to panic and my heart started racing but after about 10 seconds of what i can only describe at temporary paralasis i suddenly shot up and could move fine... didnt sleep after that.

was a strange experience but scared me really.

What you experienced at the end was sleep paralysis. Your brain paralyzes your body during REM sleep so that when you dream, you don't act out your motions in your bed. Occasionally you will wake up while your body is still paralyzed. It's nothing to be afraid of, though. Personally, I've never experienced it, but my brother has.
