Like 5 min., but I'm a total n00b.
Woke up.
15 minutes and I woke up. I haven't yet switched dream scenes deliberately although it once happened naturally.
A friend of mine has had a two hour LD - lucky thing!
:)
I have a fairly good sense of time and I had one dream that felt as if it had lasted about 14 hours, it was exausting and I was worried I wouldn't wake up on time the next morning, only to rise after about 3 hours =) (1am)
I got to do almost everything I could think of during that dream too!
Nice, a 14hour LD :P Heard some people had LDs where years went by in them while it was only a couple of hours in RL :)
In my case, my best and only LD lasted ~20sec to 1minutes and I didn't change the dream scene because I was starting to wake up and I couldn't stop it :?
I've had some that seemed to have lasted around 40 minutes. Every once in a while though I'll get lucky and be bombarded with sleep paralysis throughout the night and have a sort of "chain" of lucid dreams which can take place over the course of a couple hours.
First I'll experience a wave of sleep paralysis. Then I'll drift into a lucid dream which on average lasts around 10-30 minutes; eventually waking up from excitement or just losing lucidity. Immediately after waking the sleep paralysis will start again and the whole thing repeats itself.
It's a lot of fun when this happens, but the constant waking up from the dreams and dealing with the sleep paralysis hallucinations can be exhausting.
in rl, it lasted, 3 hours. in my dream, it felt as it lasted about a whole day. It was so long that I was kinda freaked cuz i didn't know if i was going to wake up. :p
Real time, an hour (dunno about REM-rebound), in dream time, I has started to wonder... it was 4 days before, but now I think it is only 1 day <.< (Because of course, I went to sleep a lot in these dreams)
Not sure about real time, though the dream time seemed to be about thirty minutes.
10 minutes, in before lock.
We have seen this before...
3 minutes. Mainly my fault, because I done something that "excited" me :bang:...
How do you time it in RL?
About 4 secounds.
The feeling was awesome though. Defiantely not one I was expecting when I read the ones here.
i tired slowing down time once... and i felt like i was lucid for about 2 to 3 hours, i am unsure if it was real time though
I have similar experiences as the lone deranger, I get chains of them. Each one may be anywhere from a few minutes to an hour, then i wake up and make sure not to move my body and then I fall back into one. It feels really sweet finally waking up after spending hours in the dream world. You've already done so much and the day hasn't even begun.
2 hours IRL, seemed like 2 hours in the dream as well. My dreamtime/realtime sense is really welldeveloped for some reason. This dream was after about 2 months of trying, during a period in which I had consistently one LD every week (every sundaymorning, the only day I could sleep in :) )
I'm guessing mine was around 30 minutes to an hour.
Mine was 10 minutes
I sat and listened to this random CD i found in my pocket
40mins to an hour i would say. Normally my DILDs last longer any of my WILDs mainly because it's after a wake up. My dream exit induced lucids are harder to get a sense of time because I can chain lucids sometimes....and sometimes I'm just lying there waiting to go to sleep for a long time.
