My second attempt at Lucid Dreaming

Last night, I laid down in bed and repeated to myself "1, I will lucid dream, 2, I will lucid dream". I fell asleep very quickly because I was tired.

Anyways, I think that I got a false awakening. I woke up and thought to myself:
"Damn it, still no lucid dream."

After that, I was dreaming about a WWE (Wrestling) match and then I woke up.

When I'm dreaming, I don't have any control over what to do. I can't do reality checks (for example, looking at my hands or jump).

      Any advice?

You need to get yourself a dream journal and write down all your dreams. For instance, if you always dream about The Undertaker, you can use that as a trigger for a reality check. 'Next time I see The Undertaker in my dream, I will know I am dreaming'

But keep trying, you will eventually have one.

Yea you should get a DJ.
And try to do reality check every single time you wake up sou you will catch false awakenings.
