First in a while

Lately, i haven't had time for Lucid Dreams, or the right mindset. But the night before last, I had this odd dream, where in real life my bladder was full to the brim, and this carried on into my dream, where consequentially i need a pee constantly, and no matter how often i went i kept peeing, seemingly for about half hour. So last night, i go too sleep, not even expecting much of a dream, as seen as i lost focus on lucid dreaming, i lost my near god-like dream recall wherein i could remember 2-4 dreams a night(sometimes its now so bad that i remembered nothing).
I wake up on my sofa, where i fell asleep late last night, and almost straight away i start drifting. Already in the few seconds i was awake, i noticed i had better-than-late dream recall. I start drifting off, seeing for a split second a mirror image of myself, which looks oddly distorted, but i open my eyes and im still awake. I remember nothing from here on until next thing i know, im in the bathroom having a pee, and I start thinking about my previous nights dream, where i was forever peeing, and realize that at that moment in time, my going to the toilet was causing my bladder no relief whatsoever. So i think might as well do a reality check, even though i was almost 100% certain i was awake, and lo and behold, im dreaming! Now of the few Lucids iv had, iv noticed a few things.
Firstly, ive never had issues with getting over excited at the realisation of dreaming. Last night, when i became lucid, i actually jumped up and punched the air shouting YESSS! I thought oops, better be careful not to wake myself up but felt no danger of actually doing so.
Second, with each progressing lucid, they last longer and longer. In this one particular lucid, i actually felt as thought there was no way of me waking unless i made myself, and i didn't even stabilize the dream in anyway, just took it as was. I did, however, loose lucidity in the most stupid of ways :insert facepalm smilie here: i had a pop up..yes like on the computer, a visual display was there in front of my eyes, and it asked if i wanted to end lucidity Yes/No , so out of pure curiosity, boredom, and as a challenge (as i had finally managed to do some things i my lucid ive never been able to before, like fly, jump through a window, smash my sink with AAWSOME force ;) )i selected No. I wanted to see if i actually lost lucidity, and if i could somehow maintain it. And to my surprise i actually did :lol: i sort of watched myself go non-lucid thinking gee im a fool :eek:. All in all a trippy satisfying experience :D Especially seen as i wasn't expecting a lucid.
