dreamt about mariokart, arms hurt!

This is gonna sound kindof odd but I had a lucid dream where i was playing mario kart (damn was it real too) none of this is odd except in my mind i was gripping controllers and my arms felt really tense and when i woke up my biceps and arms ached so badly for about a week. The other weird part is that my arms ached at the very core of the arm almost not even muscular but rather neuronal or something.

can anyone relate or hypothesize?

Uh, maybe you should just do some stretches, your muscle memory kicked in and your arms tensed while you were sleeping.

i find it easy to visualize a game to attain lucidity.. dunno just seems to work well for me.
