Thread: first LD this morning

as the title says, I just had my first LD.
I went to bed around 11:30. A little before 3 I was woken up by a car horn (long story). My dad went to go find out what was going on, I couldn't be arsed to get out of bed . He came and explained what was going on. I woke up again around 4:25 from this dream:

non-lucid lucid

I was in a huge house, it was some vacation house my family had rented out. I was the last person downstairs and was heading upstairs to go to bed. 2 of my cousins came down the stairs. One ran across the room and ran right into me. Next, I was in front of my house, but it looked different from my real house. I grabbed a golf club that was by the telephone pole in front of my house and put it in the back of my driveway. Then, I saw my dad on our porch putting a few more golf clubs out in the drieway. I said "hey, you can't out them out in the rain, they'll rust." "oh yea." he replied, and took them back inside. After that, I was inside, and my dad was telling me that someone I used to know was coming over to visit. After that, I went into my room. My dad had put some kind of tiny plant in my room. I was trying to see what it was, but the lights were off. I saw my dad's phillies lighter, to I grabbed that and used the light from that. It was veryu odd looking, with tiny blue leaves/needles, like you see on a bonzai tree. Once I saw what the plant was, the lights came back on. There were several guitars lying around my room, none of which looked like mine. I looked at one on my bed and thought "hey, I don't have that guitar...I should do a RC." Just then my phone rang. I picked it up, but it was some random recorded call, so I hung up. I walked out into my dining room during the phone call. When I got there, I saw a bunch of my dad's friends around the house. I did the ever-popular nose pinch RC, and I could still breathe. I started to get excited, and was trying to get my ada's friend's attention. I realized what I was doing and calmed myself down. I tapped him on the shoulder, and he turned around. By this point several other peoiple were watching me. "Watch this" I said. I tried to do one of those run-up-the-wall backflips, but I fell. Lying on the floor, I thought "ok, that didn't work, I'll just go through the floor." I sank down through the floor, but instead of going through into my basment, I just sank down into darkness. For some reason, my cat came down with me. I looked up for a moment at everyone gawking in amazement, then came back up. I walked out in front of my house. Just for the hell of it, I jumped up about 40 feet in the air, and landed on my sidewalk. I guess the excitement got to me or something, because after this I was back in the driveway of my house, looking like it did earlier in the dream. I was telling my dad about how I just had a lucid dream (). I was waiting for people to arrive for a party. Someone I knew drove up to the house. I was texting my friend, who plays drums, about playing at the party (I was just texting him bout something similar in waking life the day before). After that, I woke up. It took a few seconds for it to register that I just had a Lucid dream.
I wasn't lucid very long, and I made a few key mistakes, like forgetting to stabilize (wtf), but for a first lucid I think it was pretty good.
