Ok so i have been trying to get better at lucid dreaming for some time now, so i have had quite a few, nothing new to me. (just had to get that out of the way)
But last night something happened that has never happened to me before, and well i think it was kind of weird... Just want your guyses oppinion.
Ok so i had a pretty stressful day leading to a stresful night. (in real life) I had not had much sleep in the past few days and dont remember any dreams (if i had any either) during those.
Ok ok i am getting to it! anyways i fell asleep and was in a dream i dont know its a dream, yada yada.. So i am sitting in a room talking with my brother, then i suddenly become over rushed with an emotion (not sure what i felt) but its the first time i have really ever felt anything in a dream (other then being lucid). So in the dream i decide to sit down and try to clear my head. I close my eyes and my brother asks me whats wrong, i say dont worry about it. I then close my eyes. ---not sure if you guys meditate or not, but you need to know about the third eye--- But i decide to go into a state of meditation in the dream (cant really explain it, but i can do it in real life). And when i do this, i feel like i zoom into a bunch of colors, it was amazing, i see this orb glowing with all these amazing colors flashing (the third eye im guessing, ive never experienced this in real life). I then hop out of my body, yes hop out of my body, in the dream and im lucid.
Its weird because i normally know im dreaming when i become lucid. But i didnt know this time, i had complete controll of everything (untill i lost it, it could have been that i got startled by the cat, idk) But i had this weird sense that i can just do what ever i want.
Ive never felt emotion, or pain or anything really in a normal dream. It felt so weird when i meditated in the dream, the whole flashing colors and like i was being sucked in a vacume of space everything was so vivid, and that orb... It only lasted maybe 3-5 seconds top, but it was something else. And hoping out of my body in the dream fallowing the orb. I guess is what i need some input on
This probably seems jumbled around but its the only way i can really explain it right now..
