Meditation in lucid dreams?

I often try this while being lucid. I will meditate and try to leave my body. Only once has it worked. Has anyone else tried this? I seem to do more stuff like this now. I am bored with the flying or other wierd things my ID has me do. In the dream it seems much easier because I do not get excited when I begin to feel vibrations. Trying to meditate in the waking world leads to much less close successes.

And I used to enjoy killing zombies...

Can't say that I have tried meditation, unless trying to regain a fading LD counts. Zombies I'd like to try, as I am teh master flier. I haven't gone swimming or tree-hopping, those would rule.

yes, several forms of meditation, zazen, tai chuan.
also dream yoga and selfhypnosis, my own trance meditation, all from within the lucid dream itself.

All work fine, and have different effects.
