I read a little about liquid dreaming and so and I woke up about 4 am yesterday night.
And I thought (and felt) that, tonight i am going to have an uku experience!
So I was almost falling asleep and I felt as my overbody were sucked in under the bed and I heard a noise, but I wen't up to my real body again, and that procedure went on like 4 times until i fell asleep.
btw I'm very new to all this :p
What should I do next time it happens?

Practice makes perfect.

If you get a serious OBE, which is possible, you'll KNOW it. Cause you can, you know, look at yourself sleeping, and then do the weird fun stuff like walk through walls and fly, as in an LD, but with more control. I've had 2 of these in my life and they were both awesome. everything looks really blue also. you could be in a pitch black room but there would be a blue glow to it that lit up everything. I don't know much regarding techniques to get OBEs, but when had they are most definitely cool. All I've ever done to get them was to, first, get sleep paralysis, usually through the use of excessive stimulants like caffeine or ephedrine. This isnt the safest of most fun way I'm sure, but it worked nevertheless. One thing I never noticed w/ OBE was that, compared to LDs, I had not body with the OBE. I've had complex physical features in LDs before, but never in an OBE. Guess it's the spirit thing.
5 nut megs whole nut megs ground up put into boiling water.... boil untill you have a thick brown paste...... pour more water and boil down agin.... do this 3 times ..... overall take up to 5 hours.... after the third time you add water boil untill your desired amount is reached ( keep in mind the less tea you have the more concertrated the nut meg ; hints a unbearable taste.)
the odd tea is ready
add lemon or honey to filter the bitter taste.....
now if you plan to drink this make sure you are in a calm enviorment and be ready to experence out of body dreaming................................
MY EXPERENCE
i drank the concocktion and was disappointed at first hour after hour passed and no effects beside feeling a bit drunk.......

But after a whiel my mind began to slip away.. I began to drift in and out of a dreaming state.... Eventually i stopped drifting and was stuck in a lucid dream world... i knew it wasnt real but i was still kinda horrified by what i saw....
I was attending a funeral it was a open casket.... i went to see who had died and i saw myself laying in the coffin.. after that i came to my senses and woke up and i was laying on my bed watching ghost fly around my room. everyonce in a whiel a ghost would fly through me and i would feel warm. After a whiel of this i began to get used to the ways of the nutmeg. I began to feel good finally and put on pink floyd "saucerful of secrets". I slipped into another dream and found myself at the side of my house in some bushes. I was staring at my neighboors window and saw a horrific face. The house started to slowly grow bigger and bigger until it completly covert the sky. the face in thw indow was still there..... It seem like i was staring at this for days and days then eventually the face disapperd and somone walked out of the frount doo r of the massivly huge house. It was the person who was in the window.... i could reconize the face becasue i was staring at it for days. At first he was slowly walking then in no time he was by my side. It was my brother he sayed dsomthing which seemed to be a different language then his face bursted open and tone of light came pouring out. the light engulfed everthing ...........
i awoke agin and the same ghost flyinh around my room. The gave me comfort for some reason and made me feel safe...... after that i didnt fall into a dream agin but instead drew tons of pictures...
I came to my right state of mine around noon the next dat makeing the expernce last a full 9 hours......
you must have a stronge mind to do this and be able to have lucid dreams.
if you cant luicid dream then you could be completly horrified by what you see.
