Thread: Was this a WILD or a DILD?

Hey guys,

Last night, I tried a WBTB. I woke up 5 hours after sleeping, got out of bed, had a drink of water, read about astral travel and visited Dreamviews on my iPodTouch, then went back to bed after 30 minutes. I freeze flexed, lay there still , telling myself i'd lucid dream and lightly thinking through thoughts. I then rolled over after 5-10 on to my stomach, realized how uncomfortable that was and moved onto my side. Then, after 5-10 minutes, rolled back onto my back.

I didn't have sleep paralysis I think, but I had a feeling I've had a few times - my stomach felt light something it was trying to get out, it feels odd. I feel heavy and numb. But then I fell asleep.

I then had a lucid dream A VERY short one, check it out on my dream journal if you want. I don't think this was immediately from the WBTB, however it was definitely within an hour or even half an hour.

Would you say this sounds like a WILD or a DILD?
