Anyone ever get hit by a car while in lucid mode?

One of my lucid dreams went like this: I was crossing a street not too far from where I live. I waited for the car to pass by and then I crossed. I noticed I was carrying a gun so I shot it off and it ricocheted against a stop sign. Immediately following the gunshot are police sirens and random gunfire and then before I can react, a car is speeding right at me. It hits me but instead of getting squished, I sort of start floating up and then I woke up.

The next time I got hit by car I was driving and the same thing happened, my car and I started floating upwards like there was zero gravity.

I just want to say that lucid dreaming is truly remarkable...its almost too good to be true and I am so enthralled by it.

I've never been hit by a car unintentionally, even when walking across busy streets. However, I once tried to get hit by a car in a lucid dream. It didn't affect me in the slightest. I can't remember exactly what happened to the car, but I think it just stopped when it hit me, and then suddenly became about three feet tall.

Oh and on another note, after waking up (WILD) and trying to go back to sleep, I get this tingling surge in my head as if just switching lucidity on and off...anyone know what this is? Its like I was completely aware of what was going on while crossing over or whatever...I thought that this was the easiest way to lucid dream but I have had no luck

Haven't been hit by a car while lucid but I got hit by a subway train not so long ago. I didn't have time to fly away or anything and I tought I was going to get mashed but I just phased right through it. Survival instincts in a lucid I guess ?

One time I decided to try and stop a speeding car with my bare hands, but I'm not sure that really counts. Either way, it sure felt cool.

There is--though I do not know how there is or why there is--a sense of infinite peace and protection in the glittering hosts of heaven. There it must be, I think, in the vast and eternal laws of matter, and not in the daily cares and sins and troubles of men, that whatever is more than animal within us must find its solace and its hope. I hope, or I could not live.

I've been in a car accident in a non-lucid dream. The pain was so real but I did not die.

I went out in the middle of a race and then BAM! a car hit me and the other cars hit me as well and skidding out of control trying to stop and it was really cool. I didn't even flinch and telekinesised (not a word but you know what I mean) them across into the audience

I once was thrown off a building and landed in the back of a police car, this was strange enough for me to realize I was dreaming. I jumped into the front seat and stole the car, I played with the sirens, flew the car around, and then I decieded I should take off my seat belt and crash the car into traffic. The dream was so vivid that I decieded against crashing the car due to fear. That is the closest I have came to any type of incident with a car. Maybe I will give it a try in the future but I dont really know if I see the benefit.

I no exactly what you mean. Really irritating things like that, that acctually sort of limits my lucidity because im scared to do aneything remotly dangerouse as it will cause me to wake up. Such as falling off tall things Flying and then loosing the ability to fly and hitting the ground. Being hit by cars. Being shot. aneything rediculouse, i need to over come it D:

I once jumped out infront of a speeding combi van in a lucid dream. Well I was pretty sure I was dreaming. And I thought it would pass straight through me like a ghost van or something but instead I got stuck to the front of it like a bug. lol. So I climbed ontop of the van while it was still speeding along.

I nearly got hit by a car in a dream. Wasn't lucid though. I fell out of a car that had begun moving before I was fully in it, and I shot out as it went around the corner and I narrowly missed getting hit by an oncoming second car from the other direction while rolling across the road.
I have been hit by a motorbike while lucid though. I looked at my hands, which made me lucid, but things started fading as I was still a lucid beginner back then, but a mad dude on a motorbike colliding with me was what really took me out of the dream.

A bus fell on me in a LD a few weeks ago. I went through the wall of a caravan and the bus landed on top of me. Any big impact I've ever had like that had just felt like a huge bump, no pain. It's always nice when you realise you're... not dead!

      I haven't.

I have, though, in one LD I walked straight in the middle of the road, intentionally. A few cars were were slightly far away, on the side and I would be in the middle of them, when they would be right near me, it was a very wide road. I wasn't scared at all. I have no idea why I did this. Even in LDs, you sometimes can act odd.
