Btw, when you woke up early hours and did the technique. Did you just go to the bathroom, went back to bed and was thinking about lucid dreaming? or did u forget about lucid dreaming?
Yeah, it was about 6 hours after falling asleep. I just used the restroom and went back to sleep just saying "I will know I'm dreaming, I will lucid dream, I will do a reality check" and it worked like an absolute charm. I hope it does for you too!
