This happens to me a lot , when ever I enter a WILD my limbs seem to be transparent or invisible , I am also not able to move like I would in RL for some reason I can only move by grabbing the surface of objects and walls... If i press too hard I sorta sink in them.

I haven't had your problem, but like many people have experienced the dream disabling violent movements such as when trying to run.
It would sound like your dream control has turned against you. Many aspects of a dream are the way you would expect them to be, and emotion has a great influence on that. So... try to loosen up a little, move your limbs out of view and expect them to become normal.
Stabilizing the dream would probably help too. Try some vocal commands. (Say: Stabilize! Increase clarity! Improve control! etc. )
I have tried many of the suggestion I've been given but not many run into this problem and those who do give up eventually due to frustration. This is just one of few things that keep me from exploring. Previous to this problem I wasn't able to move from my bed, it felt as if I was glued to it. I also tried the vocal commands , summoning , floating (not a very good idea) , and it's not that I am not calm and relax , the first thing I do when I enter a LD is RC and basically I say to myself that I am in a dream and I am in control. Le me point out that this only happens when my LDs start at the same spot I induce them. I have tried to visualize a landscape but no result to this date :(.Quote:

If your limbs are invisible, be Rayman. Move anyways. As long as you know you're in control, you should be able to change small things.
I had a dream once where my limbs disappeared, and instead of willing my limbs into existence, I imagined a robot coming through a door with my limbs in hand and plugging them into place, then exploding. Granted I wasn't entirely lucid in the dream, I did dream of having control.
Instead of visualizing a landscape into existence, turn around, find a door, and walk through it, knowing your landscape of choice will be on the other side.
It helps to start off small.
Actually this sounds more along the lines of what people call OBEs rather than WILD. When you get to the sleep paralysis stage, do you struggle to get out, and then find yourself in your dream? When people struggle to get out of sleep paralysis they commonly experience something very different than a true WILD. In sleep paralysis your head and body are extremely heavy, almost like they are being magnetically forced back down into bed and you have to struggle out of that. Once you struggle out of that and are able to move around, the movement can be either floating...to where you must grasp onto objects to propel yourself, or you might sink through the floor, etc. This is what people have termed an OBE. (also it would make sense for your limbs to be invisible during OBE)
An actual WILD would take you through the stages of sleep paralysis and hypnogogia and land you in an actual dream...where you would not have to experience that heaviness of getting out of your bed, because you are already dreaming.
Do you know the difference between WILDs and OBEs? Were you attempting to do one or the other? If you don't want to deal with any of the issues that come with an OBE, then wait longer through the SP...until you are properly carried into a lucid dream. Hope that helps.
Aquanina has a point. The truth is, my experience in this matter is sort of limited but there's a whole lot of people who can help. Try PMing one of them. And don't rule out any explaination. :)
Ok today I had 3 more LDs 1 where the same thing happen and two other where I was in already build landscape. During the first one I do what I usually do to un-glue myself off the bed , which is breathing through my mouth or blinking, Its so difficult to move around when this happens it feels as my limbs are made of Linguine , I also don't feel SP like everyone else describes it. I have felt very strong episodes before but as I progress learning LD SP is MILD to absolutely nothing.Quote:

As for your last question , I always attempt to WILD never tried OBE , I read somethings about it but my knowledge on the subject is little.
