Breaking my dryspell? WOah that was fast.
Okay, so i've been off this site for a really long time, but I just decided that i want to get back into lucid dreams, because...well i miss them! Alright so here we go.
I used the technique for VILDing that I believe Adam made for this dream. Anyways, so I woke up in the morning and decided to use the technique. I closed my eyes and imagined myself in the middle of a hilly environment, kind of like England except there were no trees or houses or anything. Anyways, at first the image was hard to control, but then I started imagining how the grass was feeling under my toes and how the air smelled. Interestingly enough it smelled really good like some kind of flower. Anyways, I got to a point where I didn’t even need to control the image anymore and my body sort of jumped into the scene. It was awesome; I’ve never been this lucid in my life. I could literally do anything, but for some reason the scene reminded me of black and white, so I turned into the big hand of god and started exploring the landscape. Unfortunately I didn’t listen to Adams technique fully. It said not to do anything drastic at the start, and so my control of the dream started to fade. The image started to disappear, but the funny thing is I don’t remember waking up. I think I just went into another dream.
This obviously wasnt that great of a lucid dream, but it just helped me remember how it felt to be lucid. Also, it took SO LONG when i first started to get a lucid dream, but it only took a day this time! Idk, i just felt like sharing that.
