Possible Lucidity? I Don't Know. I Need Clarification.

At 1:50 PM, I attempted a WILD by mid-day nap. For around 30 minutes, I laid there completely still, ignoring every bodily sensation that could have woke me up. Then, I had a super-strong urge to open my eyes. I fought it as long as possible, but my eyes opened by themselves.

Everything seemed to lack definition, it was as if I was seeing in standard-definition TV or something. My vision was moderately blurry. I did the nose reality check. I could still breathe. I thought I was lucid. I rubbed my hands together and everything very suddenly became a lot clearer - real life definition. Then I did another reality check to be sure. I could not breathe with my nose plugged. I proceeded to do several others and none of them told me I was dreaming.

I think I never hit sleep paralysis, and I actually acted out my dream by getting out of bed. Simply put, I woke up while I was rubbing my hands together. So was I lucid? Or was my waking mind playing tricks on me?

I think if you're not sure, there's a good chance it was a LD. If you got out of bed for real, you'd know for sure you were awake. Unless you're a sleepwalker?

I'm not a sleepwalker, as far as I know. However, theoretically, if I became lucid before sleep paralysis, I would act out everything I did.

True, but I don't think that's possible. I'm (pretty) sure if you're dreaming, your body is shut down and you shouldn't be able to move.

The human mind does a lot of things - complicated things. That's why there are so many medical conditions. Sometimes stuff doesn't always go according to plan. That's what I think happened. It's the most logical solution I know. Besides, some people have been known to walk, eat, talk, and even drive in their sleep.

True, nobody's the same, we all get different glitches!

Albeit, a glitch like this could be dangerous.
