      Yet another first dream - a WILD even!

      OMG OMG OMG. i did it!. first LD and it was a WILD even.

      i woke at 3:30am, so i got up and anwered the call of nature, and just for kicks thought i'd try a WILD.

      i put my earplugs in to shelter me from the waking world, and went drifting willing myself in the right direction, trying to bring on the HI.

      i didn't have any HI visuals, but wow those sounds are scary. like a band of demons behind your back. i grit my teeth and pushed on through. i 'woke' in someone elses house (i was a house guest i assume). the digital clock display doing mad contortions in front of my eyes was a great confirmation. the world nearly went black, but i remembered the advice to look at my feet, which i did which stabilised things.

      i wondered a bit around the house. i tried to walk through the wall, but couldn't. i tried to float but couldn't i went back to my room and this time the window was open, onto a beautiful night cityscape, somehow the house was high above looking down. i think the possibilites were too daunting at this point and i snapped back to waking life.

      woke drenched in a sweat. nothing very exciting i know, but it lasted a good 5 minutes. anyone got any good advice for wiping the cheesy smile off my face.

      anyway just HAD to post. time to cross the gauntlet of demons again for my next fill. thanks everyone here for posting, you've all been spectacularily good help.

      so if first WILD is like losing one's virginity, then whats one's first OBE?

      cos i just had it - in my second lucid ever! and i flew for a bit too! this rocks!!

      i was having an afternoon's nap, and i got up and went outside, suddenly realising i was dreaming, which snapped me back to consciousness, which i amazingly immediately salvalged by slipping out of my body. i went outside again (my yard looked quite different to reality), and floated upwards for a bit. i got excited and woke up for real.

      i was feeling very depressed and low, and now i'm buzzing. LDs - better than prozac!

      You joined right around the same time as me, and you already had a WILD and OBE - all I've had are a couple of short LDs!

      Uhh... Are you aware that you've ever had these skills before?
      Cause uhh... thats totally sweet. I wish I could do any of those right now, wild, obe,... ahh patience, my time will come.
