this morning I had a lucid dream, but the thing I noticed was that it seemed the bed was attached to my back in the lucid dream, like I was carrying a load, I did not feel its weight or see it, but could feel it.
Has anybody else felt this before?

If you WILDed, it's not uncommon to still feel yourself lying in bed, or feel the bed still attatched to you. A simple solution is rubbing your hands, looking around at the dream scene, and maybe, if you feel the bed on your back, touching your back to objects (sounds silly, I know) might help.
In a DEILD, it could also happen. It's happened to me once in a DILD too.
It happened to me in DILD. Thanks for the advice though, I will give them a try, it would be nice if this does not happen too often, it seems to keep someone in a unstable state.
Hm I wonder, do you talk or move in your sleep? Either that or you just got lucky, or unlucky, depends lol
I am not really sure if I talk or move but I have been told that I move alot in my sleep. I am not really sure if I could move during a lucid dream though, because of SP.
I wouldnt worry to much about it but if it happens to u again its an easy sign to you to help you become lucid in your dream and stay lucid i wouldnt try to remove the sensation as it can be used to help you stay lucid. I only ever had this sensation in a dream once ( i dont often sleep on my back only when im really tired) but i used it to help me realise i was dreaming and i stayed lucid for what seemed like a good 10minutes although it was a bit unstable as the above posters have said
