      Talking my first lucid (10min)

i dont really know what technique i used, i woke up in the morning, had breakfast and then i went back to bed.
when i was in bed i was trying to ld, i pictured myself in my house and was trying to imagine all my surroundings staying conscious and gradually the scenery held it self like i imagined it, and then i knew i was in a dream.

the first thing i did was run out the door and try to fly, the first few attempts (trying to jump very high) failed but then i ran very fast and started floating, i flew over my house it was a great experience (i tought it would be harder to fly)
when i landed i saw some dcs, i got the idea of telling one of them he was not real (lol)
he said: "i cant believe it" (he seemed really mad) then i flew away, the rest of the dream i was just screwing with dcs.

it was the best dream ive ever had

Sounds like a WBTB, although eating before sleep isn't recommended.
      Cool dream!

Yeah. Because your body is trying to digest food it could keep you awake. Although I don't really think it matters too much if you are wanting a lucid dream and using WBTB.
