      My first WILD attempt. (FAIL)

      ATTEMPT NO. 1

Well, I started by getting myself into a comfortable position.
On my side seemed good. So, I closed my eyes, and thought of a scenario.
I didn't see any HI, just my daydreaming. I lay there for a while, and my body started to feel numb.
After a while, I got worried that I had slipped into a false awakening, and did a reality check. I was still awake. I opened my eyes (stupid, I know), and then I felt as though I was fainting.
I panicked and moved my arm. I felt like I was sinking. So I turned over and relaxed.

      ATTEMPT NO. 2

I thought about flying. What the wind felt like, the hot sun, etc. After a while the same numbess overtook me, and each beat of my clock sounded like the strum of a guitar. My flying image was accompanied by strange (but pleasant) music too.
At this point, the clock really freaked me out. I panicked again, and did a reality check.
I didn't want to go further, so I opened my eyes and moved my body.
It felt like the bed was moving back and forth with each heartbeat. Is that the vibrating you guys talk about?
So anyway, I got the same sinking feeling.

I decided to turn the light on and read a book (after multiple RCs of course).
All in all, WILD really freaked me out.

Has anyone got some helpful advice?

Cool! I just tried lying on my bed, closing my eyes, and counting up.
After a while I could see HI, only swirls/shifting colours though. And then I heard some crackling in my head, like if you shake a box of cereal. It wasn't scary at all, because I knew it was all in my mind.
And the coolest bit: it felt, for a while, like I was on a swing, or a rocking chair or something. I could even control how long the swings were. Eventually it felt like I was spinning and spinning... wow.
Then I got disturbed by some phone ringing.

So now I am a little less afraid!
