Yay! Had a DILD!

Early this morning, about 3.40 AM, if the clock was the waking world clock... :) I had a short spontaneous lucid dream.

I was in a boat with loads of my relatives (relatives are my dream sign), I talked with them, when suddenly I noticed a reflection from the boat window. A relative who's dead was mingling with the others. It made me lucid, when I understood he can't be there.

I began to rub my hands together to stay lucid, it got very clear and very realistic and I got way too excited and began to wake up. But it was so great! :banana: Then I noticed it was about 3.40 AM.

Any good threads about how to keep cool when it hits you?

Not my first lucid but the previous one was years ago in a hospital, so I began to wonder if it was just because of the drugs. Apparently I'm not hopeless lucid dreamer. :D And my dream recall has always been quite good. Six dreams from the last night.

The Big Bang Theory cast seems to be my new dream sign. I did asked my subconscious to give me a dream about Penny (Kaley Cuoco), but only Sheldon and Leonard are there and sometimes Wolowitz and Raj as well, but no Penny. :P Asking the subconscious via email seems to work on some level, except those were just preprogrammed dreams, not lucid ones.
