Weird stuff in the middle of a Lucid dream.

I managed to do a WILD and I transitioned into the dream, I wasn't fully aware but I was pretty much close to being fully aware. So I'll just write down the dream here and put that weird thing in the middle of the dream that happened.

I was being driven with my family in some truck, I was looking where we were driving like usuall and after a while I awoke in my granma's room. I walk around a bit knowing it's a dream, just knowing without checking it at all. I see my granma and her dog she had before, though what was weird was that she had 2 dogs instead of one and they were fully the same, like clones. I try to talk to my granma a bit but she doesn't appear to be chatty at all. I am aware of myself and try to do some stuff, I know I readed about dreams being bad when you awake in "your" room so I wanted to get away from there, I tried to walk trough the wall saying to myself "Oh, I am lucid and I can walk trough it since it's a dream" but I just bump into the wall, It was solid. I try a few more times and fail each time. Then I guessed I can't get out of there and I was scared to explore the rest of it since this was nice and peacefull. I decide I could try to talk to my Sub-consioussnes and call it out, next to the 2 dogs appears what looks like some weird monkey in Japanese clothes, I say "Hello" it looks at me a tiny bit scared and after a while it waves it's hand at me. "How are you feeling?" I ask it, but it just looks confused at me and I try showing it with movements what I meanth, but just as I did that it appeared to turn into a normal dream character if it wasn't that from the start, it starts bleading from the chest, falling on the floor dead saying "Run...they will get you" and just as it says that I hear voices outside "There they are, capture them all!" and I hear loud noises like they put some bars around the house so nobody can go out, I get scared and try to run trough the wall again with no succes then I focus on moving into the ground and I slowly start sinking into the ground as I sink fully into the ground the dream seems to fade away and I get the sensations of being in my "Transition body"(Or how you call it anyways xD) and It's being pulled around on a string attached to the chest and I feel pain in my chest as it moves around really fast and I also hear the loud buzzing sound like in the "Transition" then I awaken in a dream again, the same dream I resurface from the ground next to the river and I hear "There he is, get him!" I look around trying to find a way to run away, I run to one side but I get the loud buzzing sound in my ears like the one in "Transition" and I turn to another side the sound quiets down, I run there but after a while it appears again...And then I lose it? And jump into the river and wake up.

Why did I go into the "Transition body" in the middle of the dream? and also, I felt the pain on my chest for some while also when I woke up, nothing too painfull but still. I wasn't fully lucid but probably a little more than in my last Semi-Lucid dream.
