      a big adrenalin rush

      you ever fall asleep somewhere and you had a dream that you were falling off something like steps or whatever and when you hit the ground you woke up and your body just "fliped out"? crazy feeling

      Hmmm, I have felt the falling feeling before, but when I realize that I was failing I always twitch or something which would wake me up.

      I hope to someday to not twich and just succumb to the falling.

      That leads to my next question. What is this falling feeling and what would happen if I accept the falling and not twitch?

      yep-then you cant fall to sleep for hours after...until your blood has gotten rid of the adrenalin. the appetite you get gives me cravings for muffins
