Alternating Lucid, non-lucid false awakenings
I've expierienced something strange recently, I had a chain of false awakenings, I can't say how many, but it were a lot, the strange thing is, they were episodes of alternating lucid, non-lucid false awakenings.
I was in my bed sleeping, then I woke up, knowing it was a false awakening, then I woke up and didin't know anything and took it for real, then again I woke up knowing that I have had false awakenings before this night and that this again was one, next one was non-lucid, lucid, non-lucid, and so on.
I had false awakenings before, think three to five, must have been the max I counted. But this time they were like douzens maybe ten, maybe more or less. But the funny thing is, they alternated between knowing and being lucid, and not knowing and not being lucid in a one to one manner.
Anye one something similar, would like to hear about.
