Kutay's Meditation Workbook

Hi there :)
My name is Kutay.
I always wanted to learn meditation, since I knew what it really means. I have seen lots of documentations on youtube and on TV, but none of them really helped me, I just got more information about what it is, but not how to do it. But I'm sure this course will help me, to learn how to meditate, which would be a great thing to learn.
I'm really looking forward to this course and I'm sure I will have success! :D

sry I can't post in here right now. I'm currently on vacation without any real internet connection and i barely have time to go to a internet café.
