SilverDreams' Meditation Handbook

Hey, I'm SilverDreams. Most of you would know me from DV chat.


For me Meditation is a new skill I can learn, on my way to becoming a experienced Lucid Dreamer.
I'd like to use meditation to clear my thoughts when in stressing situations, and escape the hell I receive daily from others.
In the past I've tried to "Meditate" Not really understanding what it involved but, of course, I failed.
I hope to learn alot more about Meditation, and to become at least able to use this technique.

Thanks for creating your workbook SD! Sorry I'm so late in replying, but I've been so busy recently and haven't had a chance to read these workbooks. I hope that from this course, you'll learn how to meditate using the techniques that I cover :)
