Lesson 1: Describe what meditation means to you.

Meditation to me is to enter into a relaxed state of consciousness. Where you're clear of distractions. I believe it to be a natural human thing to do, in order to balance one's self.

However, I have a very big problem. Every time I try to meditate, I can't keep my mind from wandering and I give up too easily. By the end of this semester, I hope to be able to routinely meditate without my mind wandering.
