    Hey I'm a mother of one to my beautiful daughter Aliyah! I'm a hairdresser and love my job! Love going to concerts and gigs as music is my passion, especially rock music! Love spending time with my friends and family and would like to travel the world! I've joined this site as i am fascinated by my dreams and only heard of the term lucid dreaming today, which i feel i can already sort of control to an extent! That is what makes me so interested in my dreams already. Plus i never seem to have nightmare's, well if i do they don't scare me! So would like to master this if possible!

      I cant think of any way that lucid dreaming is bad. Basically its like taking on a more active lifestyle, it only has benefits.

      Really, I can't possibly think of any negative affects of lucid dreaming. As for you brother, I would most definitely tell him about lucid dreaming, especially if he suffers from chronic nightmares....
