Hey MasterMind I was wondering if you had heard of the Headspace meditation app? I recently completed their 10 day free trial thing and I thought it was pretty good, leaving me feeling much more peaceful. Anyway thanks for writing your meditation guide, it is a good to know I shouldn't be worrying about which technique or whatnot I'm doing, just to have the mindset of pure acceptance.
