    3. I had false awakenings from my teens - about once a year. I didn't know what they were. I had another false awakening a few years back that was really vivid so I started researching about it and got into lucid dreaming. I'm definitely not a natural! I've had a lot of LDs but I've also put a lot of work in.

Bobblehat, can I ask you, how did you learn lucid dreaming? Or are you a natural? I`m curious, so don`t let me wait :-)

Jdoggad liked post by Bobblehat On thread : WrILD WRiting Induced lucid dreaming??????????
I was thinking of an idea along these lines this morning. The idea is, you'd write a mantra on paper such as "I realise I'm dreaming" several times but you find a way to make the writing of it...

I don't really buy into the "blind belief" thing, to be honest. You can't make yourself believe in something you know inside you don't really believe, right? "but it is essential to make your...

Would there be some mental exercises you could do to stimulate the DLPC? The author of the article hasn't said if it works for him/her. If it was that good you'd expect a footnote along the lines...

I think when I started out being into LDing I was trying to catch every brief awakening. Now I just tell myself, "I''ll wake up between 12 midnight and 1am and then later about 4am" and usually find...

I have said it before on here, but someone really needs to invent a wearable alarm that doesn't use sound and doesn't use vibration. This would be a godsend because, in your case LouaiB, you could...
