    Bouncy Balls and Sleep Paralysis

    I am standing in the back garden of an old friend of mine. I throw a bouncy ball and it starts bouncing all over the garden uncontrollably. It hits me in the face a couple times but it doesn't hurt, it's just more of a shock. It appears to be night time and the fence looks a darker maroon than usual.

    Strange skip in the dream as I'm waking up, cuts to a weirdly drawn picture of a Castform (Pokemon). I am convinced there is a ghostly presence controlling me as I wake up (?)

    I woke up still under sleep paralysis, the first time this has ever happened to me. I was struck by this fear that something terrible was going to happen. It was tough to open my eyes but when I did I instantly shut them again in fear.
