    1. Yeah, I'm pretty sure that it is because of your body trying to enter SP. But try sleeping in a more neutral position and see if that affects it.
    2. when im trying to wild
    3. like id be laying there with my arm above my head or out to the side and it feels like its throbbing and hurts bad.
    4. Most likely. These sensations and stuff is protocol for the body to go into SP, it is genetic.

BTW. If your arm really does explode, that isn't good.
    5. YEAH! I GET THAT TO THE ARM EXPLODE THING i thought it had something to do with my blood leaveing in my arm so i moved it because i got worried THE WHOLE TIME IT WAS MY BODY?
    6. Yes I'm sure. When your body thinks it's time to fall asleep, it sends random urges and sensations to check if the mind is asleep. If you don't move or anything, it assumes the mind is sleeping. Once it felt like my arm was about to explode, I ignored it and hit SP instantly after it went away.
    7. are you sure it was my body checking because i felt kind of angry-ish or aggervated and had the urge to hit something
