    FIRE! Try to escape

    Entry 3

How long did the dream feel like: Two Days

So I am in this weird underground room, with a bunch of pipes lining the walls. It felt like I was in the underground subways-hot, cramped, stuffy. The room was quite big, like a warehouse. There is about a hundred people, all my age, or around there, working around the room. There was a metal door, that looked quite sealed-something was keeping us isolated from the outside. This is what the door looked like:

There was a pulsing blue light at the top of the door, and a red fire alarm to the right. The people were hustling around. They were working in a giant underground wheat and fruit field, in which I had not noticed until now. My lucidity kicked in, as I found it strange for a wheat field to be underground, in a large but stuffy room. I saw large shelves lined down the giant hall, filled with wooden crates and barrels. I turn back to look at the door and walk closer up to it. It was very small, compared to the enormous underground base. The blue light beeped whenever it blinked. It was like a ticking bomb, ready to explode. Then, all the sudden, the blue light turns red, a laser shooting right through me (which didn't hurt, it just went right through my body), and it pointed to a small hidden button on the concrete wall. I pushed it-oops.
All the sudden the fire alarm turns on, flashing red. A wailing siren echoes through the warehouse. People start running towards me, thanking me and cheering. I was so confused, to why they were cheering for me...I remember one person in particual shouting, You saved us, now w e're free! Open the door!
So, I opened the door. Quickly, the crowd went silent. An eerie feeling clouded over us. Smoke rolled in through the door--I couldn't see out of it. I hear a booming voice from one of the speakers say, "Complete the test."
"What test?" I ask out loud. I start to feel heat trickle towards me through the murky smoke of the small hallway. This was a trap-If I go through this door I will end up right in a fire, I thought to myself. But I had to do it, for some reason.
"RUN!!" A girl screams behind me, ringing through me ears. I felt a malicious presence behind us, so I listened to the girl. I had a feeling the whole group was being chased. I sprinted through the smoke, coughing and hacking, trying to look for an exit. The hallway keeps going on and on. But as soon as I thought that, we end up in another room, this time, it was a barn house. We were in the attic, the worst spot for escaping the fire. For some reason, the attic was decorated as a classroom, with desks lined in rows, pointed towards the teacher's desk. There was someone sitting at the desk, mumbling to herself. She gave off a bad vibe.
A student sitting at one of the desk's raises their hand. (By the way, there were no windows in the barn house, it was quite dark, but there was a redish glow throughout the room)
"Um, excuse me miss?" The student says.
"Don't talk! You don't have the freedom to talk!" The teacher yells at him and pushes a little button on a remote that was at her desk. I turn back to the student and he gets shocked multiple times, and soon passes out. I didn't dare cross the classroom to the other side, but the stairs were on the opposite wall, and the smoke was filling the room up more and more. I was the leader of the group, I had to do what was right. I ran as fast as I could to the stairs. I heard some of the kids getting killed back there, because of...well...anything, really-smoke, hostile people, fire...etc..
We all run down the stairs to the bottom of the barn. I could see the door, it was already opened. My eyes were trying to adjust to the dim light of dawn. I looked around the barn--there was a figure that popped out of the corner, almost scaring me right out of the dream. It looked exactly like the merman from The Cabin In The Woods. Here's a picture reference:

Creepy right? Well, anyways, it started crawling towards the group, and surprisingly, was very fast. I started scrambling towards the door in the dark, tripping on some hay, but quickly getting up again. The group was getting smaller, now only about ten people left. Now I was out through the door. I looked up at the sky--an orangy, purple, yellow sky. There was a storm kicking up, and it was so windy, I could barely hear the voices of the people shrieking in terror. I quickly glanced back to see, not a merman, but a crazy, insane serial killer. He held a chainsaw with one hand, his head tilted down, but his eyes peering at us. He was mumbling to himself as he crept closer and closer to us. By the way, the barn was way behind us, and we were now in the middle of a field (again). I looked forwards and kept on running. An old, creaky swing set appeared in the distance. I run towards it, hoping I could somehow hide there. Finally, we get to the swingset, but the serial killer catches up. I quickly turn my head and close my eyes away from him. He had sawed one of my friend's head. I just could sense it. I heard sniffling in the group, but most of it was fizzled out by the wind and rain of the raging storm.
Suddenly I get a weird flashback in the dream, of that blue ticking light on the metal door--I looked closely at the detail of the door, and realize there was a bomb attached to it. It blows up the entire facility--the base, the barn house. I look back to see the tiny house up in flames, collapsing, and hundreds of wooden planks flying off of the house, into the sky. And the funniest thing happened--right before the serial killer almost got to the rest of the group, a piece of a metal pipe crashed right down on his head, hopefully killing him. I sigh of relief, and look around. The storm had stopped. There were only three people left of the group. The swingset slowly creaked and swayed in the chilly wind. The sky had cleared, showing the sun rising on one of the sides of the meadow. It felt peaceful. Until I turned around to see the swingset and I see the serial had disappeared. I turn back, again to the the sun rise to see him standing right in front of me, grinning, holding the chainsaw that reflected in his wide black eyes.

    I wake up.
Soo this was a very random dream that I had, but whatever it was pretty cool.

    Visitation

by Celestite on 06-21-2015 at 12:20 AM
Entry 2, btw this dream might be a little religious for some people (idk if that's good or bad)

I am laying down in a soft, bright open, grassy meadow. It's peaceful. Tranquil. I stare into the crisp, clear blue sky. No cloud to be seen. As I lay in the grass, I spot something shining in the sky. It's getting bigger and bigger. It's also very bright. The thing turns into a figure, as it gets closer to Earth. Somehow, I manage to "zoom in" to see the figure better. It's a beautiful, stunning angel -- her long wavy blonde hair was blowing in the wind, her glistening aqua eyes were looking straight at me. ( face to face). She is holding a beautiful ( i'm going to say beautiful a bunch of times in this dream) shining, silver sword, with two golden handles at the bottom. There were silver wings on those handles. ( It looked like the caduceus medical sword ) She was holding the sword right in the middle of her face. She was whispering words but I could only see her lips moving. Then after saying what she needed to say, she shouts out a word or sound quite loudly (I have no idea what language it was in ) and and a bell sound rings around me. The angel quickly rose the sword up into the bright blue sky, and a bright luminous white light reflected off of the sword and into my eyes. I was literally blinded, because when I woke up quickly from the dream, I opened my eyes to see I couldn't see anything for a minute. The noises from the visitation still rung through me for a few more seconds. It felt so real, but I felt as if I was only spectating the dream.

    Apocalyptic Camp

by Celestite on 06-18-2015 at 09:17 PM
    First entry!

I was in a city, but no one was there, just the skyscrapers and cars. I looked up to see the clear, bright blue sky, and then I looked down again to see that the scene has changed. I was in a giant grassy field, with a dark, purple ish overcast sky. It was a little windy, too. There are a lot of teenagers dressed in suits and dresses, almost like they were all going out to prom. There are these small camping huts in which people would sleep in. I felt uneasy around here. I walked around a bit, and funny enough, I saw my two best friends, (Hannah and Maria).
"Oh my god! We were looking all over for you! We finally found you!" Hannah says excitedly.
"Um...where am I, exactly?" I questioned the both of them, looking around the (what my brain was telling me) camp.
"Uh...camp..doh? Anyways...why aren't you dressed up? It's date night! I mean, unless you don't have a date...but that's another story." Maria says to me.
"I didn't know...um.." Then they both take one of my arms and pull me towards a giant tree, bigger than the Empire State Building. It was a large, old oak tree, a beautiful tree. For some reason, it reminded me of a lion. ( Maybe because it was outstanding, literally, and it was so beautiful) There were little circle windows lit with a yellow glow all around the giant tree trunk. There was a massive door at the bottom of the trunk. All around the trunk were mirrors in which the dressed up people were looking at themselves, most of which had a sad or disappointing look on their face.
"Okay, Maria, we can't wait to tell her any longer. Just let me tell her." Hannah looked at Maria, whispering, yet I could still hear her.
"I can hear you, you know." I said, still staring at the beautiful giant tree, which just happened to be standing in the middle of a giant grassy field.
"Okay, listen, this camp is really a trap. I mean, the date night is just a distraction. All of these people are going to turn into slaves if someone doesn't do something about it." Hannah whispers to me. She looks around, eyeing the camp counselors.
"But this is so random...why date night? Why a trap? What's going on?" I had a million questions to ask, even my real brain was confused of why I was having this dream.
"See that mountain?" Maria points behind me, and I turn around. Through the misty grassy field, I spot a big purple mountain, with a myriad of tiny caves in it. There were dark ominous clouds over it, too.
    I nod my head yes.
"It holds the answers to every question. The whole reason why we were forced in this camp was because there is a golden medallion at the top of that mountain, in one of the caves. Some rumors say that medallion is like a magic lamp, if you hold it, it can grant wishes. But if we let those counselors get the medallion before we do, they will all make us slaves. Why counselors you ask? I have no freaking idea. Just go with it." Maria says. In my mind I was wondering, how the heck do you know all of this, and the other kids don't?
"I overheard the counselors. Now let's go get that medallion!" Maria says in a hushed voice.
So, I just went with it. We ran away from the strange camp. Ran as fast as we could, but sneakily, so no one will notice. The knee-deep grass tickling out ankles along the long way. Gosh, this meadow was huge. Finally, somehow we made it to the bottom of the mountain. I heard the wind kicking up. I looked up to notice that the sky has turned a dark purple. Lightning flashed through the clouds.
"We need to find a cave. Quickly." Hannah turns to see the counselors running after us, hundreds of them, holding torches and guns. We sneak away through a small opening in the mountain. Suddenly the atmosphere changed-it was quiet. too quiet.
"Where the lever..." Maria feels around the cold, dark stone and finds a small hidden lever. She pulls it forwards, and suddenly a row of torches on the caev walls light on fire, illuminating the shadowed path. I look up to see a camera, looking right back at me. I jump up to the cave ceiling and rip it out of the stone, smashing it with every ounce of strength that I had.
"Wow." Maria laughed. "Okay let's keep moving.''
The scene changes to us, higher up in the mountain, climbing a large winding stone staircase that was built into the mountain. I was holding a lit torch as we crept along.
"Wait, stop. I hear something," Hannah, who was in front of the both of us, ceased in her path. I look at a corner to see a shadow figure pass by the wall.
    "Cautious." Hannah adds.
We get to the last step, surprisingly not out of breath. "We made it!" I cheered. As if on cue, the doorway that led to the staircase closed, like a portcullis. We were trapped inside a little cave room.
"Hello." An eerie voice rang around me. I turned around to see a little girl, one that you would see in those cheesy horror movies. She tilted her head like a dog, her long brown hair draping over her shallow face. "Nice seeing you here." Her voice hushed and creepy. Chills ran down my spine. The girl take one step closer to me and looks up at me. I couldn't see her face because it was always blocked by her hair. "Looking for this?" She held up a large, golden medallion. It shined in the flickering light of the torches fire. It was so shiny, I could see a flash of my own reflection. I hear one of my friend quietly gasp behind me. "You can take it." I felt her smile behind her glossy hair. Something whispered in my dream mind, "it's all yours".
"Where did you get that?" My voice wavering.
"Not important. Take it," she took another step closer. Now we were face to face. She looked as if she was getting taller and taller. In fact, she was.
"Maria.....Hannah..." I said, walking backwards. The "little" girl's hair fell back, revealing her face. It wasn't a face. It wasn't really anything at all. In fact...it was nothing. No skin, no eyes, no nothing. Nothing but a literal black void.
"How can you talk.." I whispered. The girl tilted her head the other way and walked closer to me.
"I just can." She was still holding the medallion. "Now." She paused. "Take it NOW!" She screamed into my ears, jumping in my face. She chucks the medallion at me, which, surprisingly hurt a lot. Then she grabs my t-shirt and pushes me to the floor, the void of nothingness, staring into me. I drop my torch, which burns out, making the cave completely pitch black. Maria quickly grabs it and magically lights it again. I looked around to see the girl wasn't there anymore. But my t-shirt was ripped, where her nails tore into it.
"Oh my god, we need to get out of here. Take that medallion and wish us out!"Hannah shouts at me.
"Okay! Okay!"I grab the medallion, which sends a strange sensation through my veins.
"Wait!" I hear, yet again, another voice. This time, it sounded more humanly and comforting. I turn around and see a guy, about my age. He looks quite attractive. But Maria and Hannah disappeared. He walks up to me, face to face. I could practically hear my heart throbbing.
    "Um...how..wait...what?" I nervously laughed.
"We need to get out of here. Hey, let me take that medallion. You shouldn't be holding that." He grabs my arm, the one in which I was holding the medallion.
"No, stop. I have no idea who the heck you are. And where did my friends go? Where am I? Why-" then all of the sudden he pushes me against the cave wall and looks deeply into my eyes.
"And this is taking me...where...exactly?" I ask, my breathing shallow. He looks down at my hand and grabs the medallion.
"Hey, give that back! What's wrong with you?!" I yell at him. He holds it up, so I can't reach it.
"This is for your own good, miss." He takes the strange shining medallion and throws is at the rough, cold, stone ground. It shatters. It shatters into a hundred pieces, the sound echoing throughout the cave. He looks back at me, and grins, giving me mixed emotions. He then starts shrinking, morphing into something......the girl.
    "Wait...how.." I couldn't manage to speak anymore.
"Hello again." The girl/man....whatever it was...says to me. It looks down at the shattered pieces, then back at me.
"Oops." It says, in an innocent little girl's voice.
"You...little son of a.." I shove the strange thing to the ground, and punch it in the arm.
"That's not helping, Corina. ( my real name )" The thing says in my dream mind.
"How do you know my name?" I stop and look down at it's blank, dark face/void.
"Deceptions are after you, Corina. Distractions won't help the problem. Don't let them get to you." It manages to pick up a shard of the golden medallion (even through I pinned it to the ground) and flashes in my face. I see the camp that I was just at shine into the gold. The thing takes another shard of gold and flashes it in my face. This time, the strange man appeared.
"Sometimes the unknown is not bad." The thing cups it's pale, freezing hands over my eyes. I somehow "open" my eyes again and look around my surroundings. I was in the city again, this time, with Maria and Hannah, and there were other people around us too.
