Biography:

I haven't yet intended to lucid dream but have takign control myself by frcing an actin during dreams. I have vervivid dreams every night and can almost always remember in great deal, and often remember more than one and the 'switch' between dreams.

I am constantly exhausted and can only get decent sleep if i've worked my butt off to almost keeling over by running, am drunk as a skunk or have taken sleep tablets (yet still sometimes i dream with these, just less likely).

During the day i have lapses of concentration and often find myself somewhere not remembering how i got there. I also have lapses of judgement and feel very tired during the day.
