I used to hate them at first too, but when I realized how much better the original voice acting was, I never looked back
It is quite silly, but it makes for a good anime. I'm just saying the dub is better than most. I still watched it sub all the way through, but my friend that hates reading sub-titles watched the first season dubbed.
Well, reading the synopsis, it seems a bit too random/spontaneous/silly. Reminds me of FLCL. I'll try it later though. As for dubs.. to be honest, I kind of gave up on them. Most of the time they just sound completely off for most characters so it's not even worth ruining the experience of the first few episodes of an anime just to switch to a sub later and have to adjust to different (but better) voices. So I just watch subs straight away; they are done faster than dubs on airing episodes anyway.
It's a really good one. Honestly, this is the only anime in which I prefer the dub to the subbed version. It has a really good dub other than a few characters...
It's still on my watchlist, but I've got too many things to catch up on before.. (Ehm, 600 episodes of Detective Conan..)
