Dreams should all be of equal vividness (unless the dream has personal or sentimental values). If you've had dreams which are more vivid then others, it suggests that you need to work on your dream recall and dream stabilisation a bit more.

I don't use any techniques actually. I've been able to enter a lucid dream straight after falling asleep since I was 4 years old. When I'm in a so-called "dry spell," I use the MILD technique, nothing else
