    1. Yes, i certainly would say that AP and OBEs is defintely possible in reality. From my experiences, i have seen things from a crows perspective, and respected them alot more after my experiences as them. I actually use a birds form during most of my astral travels. It has been like 2nd nature to me at times. I was a Shaman and a Chief in one of my past lives. So when i see any bird in my yard now, i try and leave the little guys a meal every other day when i can. But i believe that each and every one of us has AP or had a OBE in our life atleast once or twice you know?
    2. So based on your experiences, would you say there is 'reality' to OBEs, or, say, Astral Projection? Purely from what you've experienced.
    3. Sorry for this late respond back to your comment about meditation and OBEs. I had to look for your comment from the other pages. Lol But yea, i do believe that eating certain foods in their raw form is good for the mind, as well as the body. I normally eat just turkey and fish. I can live off of vegetables, fruits, and just water alone to be honest.

You sound like you are a fierce practicer of the art of consciousness, and OBEs. I too have experienced crossing on this earthling plane for mere mins. (That seemed like hours) I often shapeshift mostly..Choosing a crow, hawk, or wolf, as my form.

My last conscience travel was visiting my friend. (Who lives in Australia) She was sick at the time laying in bed, and i layed next to her and held her and told her to get well soon. It felt like an eternity, but it was only for 5 mins. Do you know i got a email from her saying that she was napping and felt like she was dreaming of me being there in her bed telling her to get well.
    4. Yeah, anywhere in nature is best for me... quite challenging in a busy highstreet - it can be done, but I end up knocking into people I find hehe.I'm not a vegetarian, but I've tried the lifestyle...well, even more radical, simply no cooked or processed food. All purely raw. My consciousness seemed sharp, lucid and agile.

Wow.... I'm wondering if I could manage such a feat. Aside from being mentally drained, did you learn anything useful from 3 days meditating?

Hmm, where I'd distinguish the experience different from a lucid dream, I'd say under 10 times. Each time was arguably wasted... I was so fascinated by the experience that all I ever did was run around the area near my house. There was one experience where I drifted through the wall, to the outside, and it was raining. The sound was crystal-like and the water seemed, for lack of a better word, energised. When I woke up, it was raining outside just the same. What'd you do whilst AP or OBE?
    5. Ah, yes. Walking meditation is perhaps a bit more therapeutic i suppose. I take it you walk by trees or somewhere peaceful no? I sometimes eat turkey (not often) and fish. (mostly grilled) Although i can live off of just fruits and vegetables alone you know?

Are you a vegetarian? Hmm...i can only consider 3 times where i actually had a conscious OBEs. This was done by some intense preparation.

No t.v, no electronic devices, no food, and water and ONLY water. I did this for 3 and a half days non stop meditating in my room. And let me tell you...i was mentally drained.

I certainly don't recommend such harsh treament to the body, as this was only for experimental purposes. All this was done 2 years ago, i have been a bit rusty seeing as how i have not meditated since march of this year. Do you astral travel alot Wolfwood? Surely you seem very proficent in this art.
    6. Interesting... are you a vegetarian by chance? I try to meditate in a sitting position as often as possible; however, I'm far more suited for walking meditation it seems. If I walk, I feel comfortable and relaxed...unlike any seated, but aware, position I take. I find a quasi-surrealism emerging when walking and focusing on the now... perception isn't distorted per se, everything in it seems a bit slower and even, I dare say, artificial. Have you ever AP or LD straight from meditation without sleep facilitating it?
    7. Ah, i see. Seems we all find out about becoming lucid during nightmares. I remember i use to get tortured in my nightmares, until one day i just had it! Started standing up to those ugly parts of my subconscious, and realizing that i WAS in control the entire time.

DILD's are a great way of becoming lucid. I try and WILD after WBTB too. I practice deep meditation, and deep zen meditation. On days that i fast off of fruits or just water, I try and astral travel those days. I find it being more sufficent without so much food weighing down the body you know? Do you practice any form of deep meditation?
    8. You know, I can't even remember when I stumbled into it...exactly. I used to have nightmares for a long period (10 years), and I found that every time I got scared, I became lucid. It was as if I was given a choice, to make a stand against the evil. After some time, I did. The evil dissolved into the darkness, never returning. And from that day, I've never became lucid through that easy way. >.< Now it's a struggle (DILD) unless I can be bothered to do the WILD.... usually succeeding there. What kind of meditation?
    9. Haha. Well i was'nt sure.. But glad you did accept! Thanx Wolfwood. =) Yea, my lucids come and go on certain nights. Like last night i only remembered frags. But on a good day..i try and meditate or incorporate alot of reality checks in my daily routine. =) You seem like your pretty proficent in the lucid dreaming department, How long you been into lucid dreams?
    10. Haha, well I wasn't going to reject you now, was I?

You're proper experienced with LD, I see. You have em naturally and spontaneously?
