      I couldnt fit all my message, but I also wanted to say that I really dont have much that helps my pain. I use to combine ibuprofen and Tylenol, but I didnt want to take that for a long period of time. The one thing that actually does make my back feel a little better, is those icy hot patches for the back. It doesn't really take the pain away, but rather masks the pain or numbs my lower back.

      Hey there! Well I use to take pain medication for my pain but they were really addicting and that's just a road I dont want to go down. Im currently seeing a chiropractor and have been in a group physical therapy class in the past. Right now im just doing stretches and strengthening exercises. The best stretch for taking my pain away is the cat pose and pelvic tilt. I dont know exactly where your pain is, but that's what helps my back. Its tough dealing with chronic pain, but you just have to be strong. I know you've probably had your pain longer than me, but I'll keep you on my mind and just know people are going through the same thing as I speak. I hope everything turns out well for you.

      Lol I know... I was chuckling over it myself for quite a while!

      Oh man, unfortunately I don't know any secrets about pain control... wish I did! A couple of things I've found, and this is specifically for lower back pain, is to keep your core in fairly decent shape... maybe do 20 or so crunches and an equal number of back-arches every few days to keep the tension balanced and keep those muscles able to hold you up. It's also important to keep your legs stretched and get a little exercise for them... tight hamstrings can cause a lot of back pain. And also I seem to feel better on days when I get out and do stuff, especially with people... laying around too much can just make it worse. But I don't know if your pain is similar to mine or not. One thing that helps me... my dog makes sure I walk her a lot, and that helps!

    I'm in a class room studying maths.
    I'm copying some numbers and letters off the board.
    Then Im drawing a pink out line around my work.
    I see a red pen and use that instead to outline my work.

    I'm making a grid (a table) in red to put my answers in.

    Donald Trump is the class teacher
    He says somthing nice about my Dissociative identity disorder. Then it is little lunch time (10am) so we all go outside.

    Then I look back at the class room and there are three students inside so I go back to class.

    We have a new teacher now.

    I look at the red table in my maths note book and wake up.

    Yesterday I asked the Dreem Views forum staff
    for the code for Dark Green font.

    Dolfin replied with the code.

    I wanted to put all my dreams from now on
    in green font, in my dream journal
    To separated then from all the dreams before.

    I drempt of friendly German Shepherd dogs
    So no hit there. But

    I like the green synchronicity
    (The photo was ferns and the only color in the picture was "shades of dark green" with a little shadows in black)

    I could have chosen blue or red or brown but at the time of asking I only wanted "Dark Green"

    A car moved forward on the road then litup
    and span around its axis very fast then slowed and stopped

    A second car in competition with the first,
    drove up the same road,
    passed the first car
    and did a wheelie in the gutter
    spraying a lot of water over a man on the pavement,
    under a wooden bridge.

    The boys in the cars were showing-off

    I can't remember the dream before this or after this.

    I am walking into a big messy house.
    I'm going up stairs.
    The first floor is messy
    with white paper sheets with strips cut into them
    like children do to make Jack-o-lanterns.

    There are 4 doors in the corner
    and I shout out to someone
    "there are 4 bedrooms.
    Then I hold up the 4 fingers of my right hand
    and shout again "There are 4 bedrooms"

    Now I'm thinking that to afford the rent on this house
    I'd have to move in with another woman.

    Then I'm seeing a neat, casually dressed in brown man.
    He's talking to the man letting the house.

    I'm thinking, "maybe he'll get the house, not me"

    Next I'm in a car on the passenger's side.

    Every time the female driver stops the care and gets out
    the car begins to roll forward.
    I grab the steering wheel and steer the car right
    so it bumps into a wall or pole and stops.

    This happens 3 or 4 times (end of dream)
