    woke up around 9am, moved around for a bit and laid back down. I put on "Astral 2" isotone and laid on my back. I slowed my breathing and waited. After a bit of time, I felt my body become heavier and my awareness of my limbs became mostly spatial versus sensational. after a bit more time, I felt lighter, like I was floating. at this point, I reached my arm up (to grab a rope with my astral arm), but my physical arm lifted..
